20 KG IN A MONTH?WHY NOT?

Sound impossible?i thought so once but if you take again it make sense. Maybe it wouldn't reduce 20kg but at least it can help to motivate yourself for a healthy living. Give it try; maybe 20kg is not impossible after all.

Morning
Wake up around 7 am and go for a jog or any cardio activity at least for 20 minutes.
Have a rest and clean yourself; have your breakfast.
Make sure that your breakfast is based on fibre like oat or wholemeal bread.
Avoid nasi lemak, roti canai, french toast or other oily food.

Afternoon
Food rich in protein and fibres like chicken and some vegetables is suitable for lunch.
Sandwich can be a good idea for lunch; chicken sandwich, tuna sandwich and egg sandwich.
It is advisable to take your sandwich with lots of lettuce and tomatoes.
Trust me it tastes good.

Between Lunch and Evening
Some exercise between this period for at least 20 minutes is a faster way to reduce weight.

Dinner
You can take same kind of meal during lunchtime for your dinner.
Bored with the same meal, you can put some of your creativity on your food.
BUT make sure that it is rich in protein and fibre.

Snacks
Fruits!!!!!!!

*It is painful but think again; 90kg or 55 kg?
