Responsibility

Being an adult is not as simple as people can think of. I did have that mentality before; I thought it is easier to be an adult. Those times, I thought being an adult is the key to freedom; I am free to do anything I want to do, I can wear whatever I want to wear and I can go wherever I want to go.
It is true you gain freedom when you turn legal age, yet the older you grow, the bigger the responsibility, the more complicated your life can be. You meet new people, you do new things, you get in charge of lots of tasks and you have to earn extra incomes in order to survive. As an adult, it is our responsibility to find a way for ourselves to survive. Our parents are getting old and they are not capable to work and earn money like before.
As you turn to be an adult, your parents are letting your hands go together with their responsibility on you. Now, it is your turn to take care of them and yourself as well.

PS: Great power, great responsibility.

A perfect place for a perfect meal-After 4


Having a dilemma to seek for a perfect place for dinner? One in your mind may not go well with your girl’s or you wife’s taste? Tired to drive around Kuching City and couldn’t find any place to eat while your stomach grumbling? I have a perfect solution for you!
After 4 is located near Rubber Road not far from the first Singapore Chicken Rice. After 4 serves the taste for Oriental lovers. The place is nice to hang out along with friendly waiters. After 4 also suitable for all stages of age; the best place for family gathering.

Places of Interest-Terengganu Darul Iman


Yes, i agree that other places like New Zealand, Paris and Perth are marvelous places to go for a vacation, but think again, why must spend a lot of money in order to have the same satisfaction. I believe most people out there know other places better than their own place. It is unfair for the local tourism as most of their own citizens go elsewhere for vacation. Don't you think so?

Recently, I spent my Eid Mubarak in Terengganu Darul Iman, one of the states in Malaysia. Most of Malaysians prefer going to Langkawi or Redang for vacation; how about give Terengganu a try. I spent almost 4 days in Terengganu and went to Kuala Lumpur; I can feel the difference-HUGE! When I was in Terengganu, i spent my holiday sight-seeing; there is a place where they called it TTI which stands for Taman Tamadun Islam. TTI has a lots of unique mosque structure more like miniatures but bigger size. Not forgotten a mosque called Crystal Mosque if I'm not mistaken.


Other than that, I also spent time at the Pantai Batu Buruk. Eventhough it is not safe to play near the beach but you can fly your kites and yeah, they rent kites for you. If you're hungry, A&W and KFC are nearby as well as stalls that sell fried squids and other kinds of food which only cost you as low as RM2. HEEEEEE....


You can also find stuff like clothe and 'keropok lekor' at very pow price near your hotel. I stayed in Sri Malaysia and you can just walk to Pasar Payang. Pasar Payang is a market by the way and this is the place where you can find food or other than food stuff cheaper than any place in Malaysia.

Terengganu's Airport is way cooler than other typical airport in Malaysia. The design is very unique and you should take a look yourself.

20 KG IN A MONTH?WHY NOT?

Sound impossible?i thought so once but if you take again it make sense. Maybe it wouldn't reduce 20kg but at least it can help to motivate yourself for a healthy living. Give it try; maybe 20kg is not impossible after all.

Morning
Wake up around 7 am and go for a jog or any cardio activity at least for 20 minutes.
Have a rest and clean yourself; have your breakfast.
Make sure that your breakfast is based on fibre like oat or wholemeal bread.
Avoid nasi lemak, roti canai, french toast or other oily food.

Afternoon
Food rich in protein and fibres like chicken and some vegetables is suitable for lunch.
Sandwich can be a good idea for lunch; chicken sandwich, tuna sandwich and egg sandwich.
It is advisable to take your sandwich with lots of lettuce and tomatoes.
Trust me it tastes good.

Between Lunch and Evening
Some exercise between this period for at least 20 minutes is a faster way to reduce weight.

Dinner
You can take same kind of meal during lunchtime for your dinner.
Bored with the same meal, you can put some of your creativity on your food.
BUT make sure that it is rich in protein and fibre.

Snacks
Fruits!!!!!!!

*It is painful but think again; 90kg or 55 kg?
